My take on the 3DS

First of all why did the bundle come with a game that is not in need of a joystick? Wouldn't it have been wiser to have Mario Kart as the free game? Well I guess they want you as the consumer to go out and buy that, so it was smart on their part.
I've dabbled in a few games here and there. I've played on different consoles. I still suck, but I very much enjoy getting sucked into a game and lost in a virtual reality.

After my WOW breakdown I had to go out and buy something to quench my gaming thirst. By go out I mean shop on ebay. I'm not big on spending ridiculous amounts of money for something I know will consume my time, so I bought a used but like new ds lite.

It was a somewhat difficult decision for me because I didn't really know the differences between the dsi, ds lite, and the new to come 3ds. After a few days of research I decided on the ds lite. My reason:You can play 2 different types of games; gameboy advanced games and ds games. With the new 3ds you cannot and 3d bugs my eyes anyways. My only reason for even considering the 3ds would be the joy stick and the home button. With the ds lite whenever you want to go back to your main screen you have to turn off the whole system.

I guess 3d is the new thing. I didn't really under the hype or the need for it, but then again I'm sort of a noob when it comes to this sort of thing. Yet, I am still tempted to buy it. Goes to show you our society really does run on the next best thing. What's in is what's needed, well wanted.
